"Any person who unlawfully and maliciously kills, maims, or wounds any dog... is liable on first conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars over and above the amount of the injury done or to imprisonment for three months and on any subsequent conviction to imprisonment for six months."
What action will therefore be taken against Regional Corporations who drive around collecting stray dogs in a van and putting them to sleep?

ReplyDeletein my case it is our 29year old brother, who lives in the back of our house. he came out and put a bowl of poison under our table before leaving briefly. its a small house-dog and upon release ate the food and died today.
he has killed our two previous dogs and maliciously wounded this one in question before. i was unable to get a restraining order from the justice of the peace because i was told nothing bodily was done onto me.
