You're Welcome

When I started this website, I had one thing in mind, and that was helping people! Over the years I have helped hundreds of people: Trinbagonians, Americans, Indians, Venezuelans, Chinese, Canadians, Brits and many others; from the average man to CEOs and Lawyers, who all had a legal question in regards to Trinidad and Tobago law.

I don't do this for money, fame or even thanks, but almost everyone who has been helped by me has thanked me. However, this special thank you made me smile (and blush) so much that I just had to publish it;

I cannot believe you responded so promptly.  I felt deeply moved with gratitude.  This problem has stressed me out for months even though I am a seasoned landlord.  Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!  May you continue to be inspired in you work

It feels good to know that I have made, and continue to make a contribution to a better and fairer society for all.

Best Wishes,

Mr. Jamille Broome

  3. Dr Jamille Broome- is it that your no longer active on this website, I have many questions that I would like to ask you since I am doing some research and would really love your professional advice and opinion, I am an admirer of the way you answered and helped many persons on the site. I can truly see that you helped these people not for the love of money or anything in return, they way you made sure to respond to everyone and your unbiased tone in the responses. I felt the fight in your tone for everyone that posed their concern and questions towards you. If you do get to see this can you please reach out to me at ayannadini@gmail.com.

    1. Hey... I was handling some other business ventures. Apologies for not remembering the people who need me the most... the voiceless!

      I'm back now, so let me know what you need.

  4. Hi good evening. I would like to find out some information please and also get some advice. My father and i lives in my grandmother home. My father lived here for more than 40 years and i lived here 20 years now and well my grandmother died a few years ago but she lived here longer than us. We dont own the land that the house is on. The house is more to the back so therefore we have to use a track to have access to walk to the road. The land the hosue is on and the land the walkway is on is apparently two diffrent land according to our neighbours. The neignours have already fenced around their house but lately they have been coming onto the land our house is on and lighthing fire and bringing garbage from their yard into our yard and burning it and saying we didnt buy the land so we cant tell them dont light fire so close to our home. The next issue is we have a car but we have to park the car on the roadside bcuz these neigbours said we not entitle to any driveway because they own the land that the walk way is on. However this is not affecting them because their entire house is fenced. They also planted trees in the walk way so the branches grows onto the walk way and they refuse to cut it which doenst allow us to pass. Please inform me of the most suitable solution to this problem.
