  2. HI good day .
I am currently employed with a well recognized private company.
Its strange, after January 4th 2015, many workers are still receiving below minimum wage eg $12.50 and $14 an hour what measures can be executed to correct this situation. Also what is the law pertaining to overtime working extra hours rather than the 12 hours shift agreed upon and working on public holidays ?
On another note what is the Breakfast break and Lunch times duration assign with relation to 12 hour shift workers for private sector ?

  3. I am not a minimum wage worker. However I am being told at my work place that if i have not completed 40 hours for the week and have worked overtime on a given day those hours will be rolled back until my regular working hours for a week are completed and then whatever hours are left i will be paid for. Note i am a daily paid worker and work 5 days a week
