I have read what is said about gay marriages but, are homosexual relationships legal in Trinidad period?
ReplyDeleteBeing in a relationship is fine, but having sex is illegal according to Sections 13 & 16 of the Sexual Offences Act 1986, as amended:
DeleteSection 13 deals with the offence of buggery/sodomy (anal sex) for male homosexuals
Section 16 deals with “serious indecency” for female homosexuals
