I was hired to work at one of their retail branches as a customer service representative. A year and 3 months ago I was moved to their warehouse location without being given a transferral letter even after asking for such countless times. I work from 7:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday which is already approximately a 40hr week and I am being forced to work 6hrs/day 2 saturdays per month without pay. If I do not attend on a Saturday my pay is deducted. Which I am positive is illegal. This is just to name a few of the issues I deal with from said company. Now to the matter at hand. I am a single independent woman living alone in a high crime area which has been targeted on numerous occasions. As well as the direction I come from is an area of high traffic which is beyond my control. The distance I have to travel from where I live is a fairly far distance. Due to crime issues and traffic issues which are beyond my control arriving to the workplace for said time has been difficult. I am now facing disciplinary action( warning letters) as well as deduction of pay for each minute I arrive late with threats of termination of employment due to being personally victimized by my supervisor in many other cases within the workplace. A few weeks ago I was told I was going to be transferred to another location as a result of the victimization. Now I am being told that a decision was made to revoke the attempts of transfer but I would be issued another warning letter for late arrivals and then termination. One for late coming and the other for an all alledged theft in which it was proven to be a genuine mistake. I was fired because it was alledged that I had abused a patient who was in my care and no evidence was presented. I was told at the meeting that they have sufficient evedence to prove the accusations but was never shown except for statements given by 2 employees.
